Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

NeoGlow products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact support@shopneoglow.com with your order number and a description of the defect. We will replace the defective product at no cost to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoGlow and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
All content on shopneoglow.com — including the NeoGlow name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and trade dress — is the intellectual property of NeoGlow and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
